What is Project Adventure?

Project Adventure is an experiential based learning process. Its focus on cooperation encourages students to take risks, accept challenges, and solve problems. Through group work, students learn to trust and to support each other. A positive self-concept results from being part of these experiences.

How is the Project Adventure Philosophy Incorporated Into the Classroom?

The Project Adventure concepts are stressed through interdisciplinary units of study which encourage hands-on group work and problem solving through academic and physical challenges. This educational process teaches students how to think, not what to think.

How Will the Project Adventure Philosophy Benefit My Child?
